Hemant Kumar is a circular-economy technology professional with hands-on experience in e-waste and lithium-ion battery recycling, laboratory setup, mechanical pre-treatment, hydrometallurgical process development and pilot-scale validation.
Across India and the UAE, he has built technical systems from the ground up and supported the journey from research to practical industrial implementation. Through Grevity, he is building a trusted ecosystem for organised collection, responsible channelisation, traceability and future material recovery.
